The Challenge

Nordstrom needed to improve the design and architecture of their preexisting app to make it easier for their customers to know before they go. Customers could use the app to see if their clothing, shoe, size or color are available at the store nearest to them, then buy online and pick up in store to save time.


Nordstrom reimagined online shopping for it’s customers and the app instantly became a hit on Google Play and the App Store. The previous problems disappeared and the feedback from customers was overwhelmingly positive with increased ratings in both stores.
